Shipping Locations
We are delighted to offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Methods
We provide a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your preferences:
- Standard Next Day Shipping (Courier): Orders placed with our standard next day shipping option will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase. This option is available free of charge on most orders.
- 3–4 Day Pallet Network Shipping (Large Products and Volume Orders): For larger products such as outdoor shelters, semi-vertical bike racks, and bulk orders, we offer a 2 to 3 day pallet network shipping option. The cost for pallet network shipping is calculated at time of order.

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply visit the relevant carrier's tracking page above and enter your tracking number for real-time updates on your delivery.
Shipping Times
For standard next day shipping, you can anticipate receiving your order within 24 to 48 hours. Larger products and volume orders eligible for pallet network shipping will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for larger products or bulk orders.
Holiday Closure
Our business will be closed from 22nd December to 4th January for the holiday period. Orders received between these dates will be processed and shipped after 4th January. We appreciate your understanding during this time as we ensure our team enjoys a well-deserved break. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. This email will include:
- Customer contact details
- Shipping address
- Purchased product details
- Tracking information for monitoring the delivery progress
- Our contact details for any enquiries or assistance
Order Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please take the following action based on your shipping carrier:
- DHL or DX: Contact us directly on 01283 215097 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
- Parcelforce: Please contact Parcelforce directly on 0345 774 0740. Please note that calls to this number may cost up to 65p per minute from a mobile phone.
Your carrier and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we take immediate action. We will conduct a thorough investigation in collaboration with our shipping carriers to determine the cause of the issue. Based on the findings, we will take appropriate steps to either locate your lost order or initiate a replacement for damaged items. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the item back.
Return shipping costs:
- Change of mind: A return shipping charge of £15.45 will apply.
- Faulty or damaged item: Return shipping is free of charge. We will cover all costs associated with the return.
Returned items must be in a sellable condition with all parts included. If parts are missing or the item is damaged beyond the reported fault, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund or charge for replacement parts. If items arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
