I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We provide a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your preferences:
- Standard Next Day Shipping (Courier): Orders placed with our standard next-day shipping option will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the date of purchase. This option is available for free to all customers.
- 3-Day Pallet Network Shipping (Large Products and Volume Orders): For larger products such as outdoor shelters, semi-vertical bike racks, and bulk orders, we offer a 3 to 4 day pallet network shipping option. The cost for pallet network shipping is up to £149.99.
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. Start your return on our returns page: enter your order number and delivery postcode, choose the items, and print your free Parcelforce label, or show the QR code at any Post Office and they'll print it for you. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Large or palletised items (such as shelters and semi-vertical bike racks), orders of 3 or more items and orders that included installation are returned through our office: call 01283 215097 or email hello@bisonproducts.co.uk and we'll arrange it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us straight away so we can put it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our free returns page to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelt or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address is wrong, kindly email us at hello@bisonproducts.co.uk. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
