Free returns within 30 days
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on our website. Start your return at bisonproducts.co.uk/pages/returns: enter your order number and delivery postcode, choose the items, and print your free Parcelforce label, or show the QR code at any Post Office and they'll print it for you.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Pack them securely, attach the label and hand the parcel in at any Post Office. Keep your receipt.
Returns arranged by our office
Large or palletised items (such as shelters and semi-vertical bike racks), orders of 3 or more items, and orders that included installation are returned through our office. Call 01283 215097 or email hello@bisonproducts.co.uk and we'll arrange it.
Bought on Amazon or eBay?
Please start your return on the site you bought from.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and made-to-order products, including bollards with special number locks, can't be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free. Start a free return for the item you have, then call 01283 215097 or email hello@bisonproducts.co.uk and tell us what you'd like instead. The returned item must be in its original condition.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
