Free returns within 30 days of delivery on website orders. Enter your order number and delivery postcode to get your free Parcelforce label.

How it works
- Enter your order number (for example #12345) and the postcode your order was delivered to.
- Tick the items you're sending back and tell us why.
- Download and print your free Parcelforce label. No printer? Show the QR code at any Post Office and they'll print it for you. We'll email the label to you as well.
- Pack the items securely, in their original packaging if you still have it, attach the label and hand the parcel in at any Post Office. Keep your receipt.
We'll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Exchanges are free too: start a return, then call or email us with what you'd like instead.
Returns arranged by our office
- Large or palletised items, such as shelters and semi-vertical bike racks
- Orders of 3 or more items
- Orders that included installation
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
- Orders that haven't been dispatched yet
For any of these, call 01283 215097 or email info@bisonproducts.co.uk and we'll sort it out. The form will also tell you if your order needs to come through us.
