Bison Products has been making and fitting security products in the UK since 1972. We fit across UK mainland with our own fitters — no subcontractors. Travel is free within 50 miles of our Swadlincote depot in Derbyshire; beyond that the travel charge is added to your quote up front, never afterwards. Supply-only ships nationwide.
Before you buy
Will it work on a sloped or block-paved drive?
Yes. It's installed into a sleeve set in the ground and works on block paving, tarmac and concrete, including slopes. Send a photo with your quote and we'll confirm.
Does it need mains power?
No. It runs on a 24V rechargeable battery, so there's no trenching a cable across your drive.
How long does installation take?
A standard single-bollard install is a one-day job, usually booked within about 7 days of order.
What if it stops working?
12 months warranty supply only, 2 years when we fit it. We also run a service and repair call-out for older installs.
Exactly what does the fitted price include?
The bollard supplied, a site check on arrival (services, levels and surface), excavation and core drilling, the ground casing set in fresh concrete with drainage to spec, surface made good and spoil removed, keys and fobs with a usage demonstration before we leave, and a 2-year warranty on both the bollard and the installation.
