Big Grip Ladder Feet | Anti-Slip | 480 Square Inch Footprint
Short answer: The Big Grip is a ladder stabiliser and leveller. The ladder's feet are strapped into a steel pan, which sits on a wide H-frame with four pivoting rubber feet. That gives the ladder a footprint of 480 square inches, and you can set the pan level on sloping or uneven ground.
Made by Bison Products of Swadlincote, a family business since 1972.
Why use a Big Grip?
- 480 sq in footprint: the 605 × 515mm H-frame spreads the load far wider than ladder feet alone.
- Levels on slopes: an adjuster and locking pin set the pan level on sloping ground.
- Pivoting anti-slip feet: four feet on ball joints with ribbed rubber grips follow the ground.
- Peg it down: pegging holes let you anchor the frame into soft or loose ground for extra security.
- Ladder held in place: a nylon strap with a cam buckle secures the ladder in the pan.
- 175kg maximum load.
- Fits ladders up to 480mm wide.
