Built from robust galvanized steel, the XPASS 800 is crash‑tested to stop a 7,500 kg vehicle at 30 mph and meets recognized hostile vehicle mitigation standards.

The bollard operates hydraulically and deploys or retracts in approximately 7 seconds via a compact Mitto key fob (one fob included). It stands 800 mm tall with a 273 mm diameter shaft and integrates LED lighting for site visibility. Rated IP67 and designed for extreme climates, the XPASS 800 supports frequent use and reversible manual operation when power is unavailable.
